The Committee and landowner do not hold themselves responsible for any accident, loss or injury to horses, spectators or property. The Organisers reserve the right to alter the schedule at any time should it be necessary with prior permission of British Showjumping, to refuse entry and to cancel any class should there be insufficient entries recorded. No member shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, lessee, authorised agent or rider to compete or be prepared to compete in any showjumping competition without taking adequate precautions to ensure other members of the public are not put at risk of injury.
